In the beginning

So the bow making began even before Lola was born. I had so much fun experimenting with different colors, techniques, styles, and sizes. As I was anxious to actually try them on a baby and see the finished result, my nephew Oliver often became the guinea pig, he withstood the bow attention cheerfully, and I dare say, pulled off the headbands beautifully.
Lola owes him big time.
After much experimenting I feel like I've come up with and few different techniques and styles that I am very comfortable with and that will work beautifully with a variety of different ribbon types.
One element that sets my bows apart from others is my headband material. It is soft flexible and will never dig into or make marks on your babies head. This material will also grow with your baby for months without ever becoming tight, or over stretching.
